Positioning Issues or Blank Pieces printing

This is most commonly associated with printers like the Neoposts and Haslers, which have drivers written by Satori Software. If you use a printer with a driver written by Satori Software (you can check the printer properties' about tab to see if it says Satori on it), there is an issue in how the driver detects the page breaks coming from the AccuZIP software in Windows Vista or Windows 7. To get around this, do the following.

1) Open My Computer.
2) Navigate to your AccuZIP6 installation folder. The default path is C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0 (or Program Files (x86) if you're on a 64-bit system).
3) Find the AccuZIP.exe. It may not show the .exe, and instead just say it's an Application file. Right click the file and select Properties.
4) In the Compatibility tab, check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
5) In the pull-down beneath the checkbox, choose Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
6) Click Apply and OK.

Now, providing your template is set up properly regarding the paper size and source, your pieces should print successfully.
