Inability to open .xlsx, access, or Bulkmailer files

The reason that you cannot open *.XLSX files (or Access or Bulkmailer (.bmf) files is because you do not have the latest “2007 Office System Driver”. AccuZIP6 uses certain drivers to open XLS, XLSX, MDB, etc… Please use this URL to download the “2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components” and then run the “AccessDatabaseEngine.exe” to install it. It is a small download and does not require a restart. Once you have done this, you can open these files.

Program automatically closes when attempting to open file

In the Open Setup window of AccuZIP6, when you browse to select a file, the AccuZIP6 program might spontaneously close. Here's how to fix this issue:

Exit the AccuZIP6 program.
Browse to C:\Windows\System32 folder
Copy the xmllite.dll file.
Paste this file into the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder, replacing the existing xmllite.dll file.
