Labeling List Change for Mixed AADC trays and sacks

The USPS’ labeling list (L011) has changed, causing much confusion in the mailing community. A link to the new labeling list is below. Here is the rule for Standard Mail Letters:

Mixed AADC
Trays: Required for all remaining pieces placed in mixed AADC trays; group pieces by AADC when overflow pieces from AADC trays are placed in mixed AADC trays; only one less-than-full tray permitted per mailing.
Barcoded Labels: For Line 1, L011, Column B

7.5 Tray Preparation
d. Mixed AADC: required (no minimum); group pieces by AADC when overflow pieces from AADC trays are placed in mixed AADC trays. For Line 1 labeling: use L011, Column B. Use L010, Column B if entered at an ASF or NDC or for mail placed on an ASF, NDC, or SCF pallet under the option in705.8.10.3.

[4-5-10] [2-1-10] [6-1-09] L011 describes the service area by individual 3-digit ZIP Code prefix for mixed AADC and mixed ADC trays of Periodicals and Standard Mail letters.
