AB and MB abbreviations for Machinable Letters

Even though AB and MB columns are typically reserved for Automation rates, the AB and MB columns are correct for Machinable mail per DMM at 708.1.3(b) http://pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/708.htm#wp1351990

1.3 Price Level Column Headings
The actual name of the price level (or corresponding abbreviation) is used for column headings required by 1.2, Format and Content, and shown below:
