ERROR importing tracking codes into job

If you receive an error when you attempt to upload tracking codes into AccuTrace, the first place to look is your data file.

If your data has commas or extra quotes or apostrophes within the data fields (not counting the field delimiters), then you will receive this error.

The commas and quotes and apostrophes that are in the fields of your data file need to be removed. Something like ABC Company, Inc. in your file will produce an error.
